If you would like to return a product, you will need to do the following.
Send the item(s) back to us with a note telling us what you would like us to do with your package, along with your original order number for those items.
Anything outside of our 30-day window, we won’t be able to refund the item(s).
You are responsible for paying for the return of your item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds
Returns are usually handled within 1 to 2 business days. Once the return is processed it can take up to 3-5 business days to receive the money from your CC Co./Bank.
Any parts with laser engraving, that is not our logo, the engraving cost will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to do the following.
Send the item(s) back to us with a note telling us what you would like us to do with your package, along with your original order number for those items. You will also need to send us a return label for us to ship the new part(s) out to you. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Send your items back to us in a USPS package, along with a USPS return label.
Any packages sent back for exchange without a return label, will be processed as a return and you will be refunded for the items in the package.
USPS RETURNED TO SENDER/MISSING PACKAGES
If you order is sent back to us from the USPS, with any type of “return to sender”, “insufficient address”, “unable to forward”, “no such street”, “no such number” note, we will refund the order that is inside. – Shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you order is showing delivered and you ask to cancel/refund the order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
